Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the CorvoCam app or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by NestCalc.ai LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. Description of the service

CorvoCam is a remote-camera platform: one device (a dedicated Android phone) acts as a camera for time-lapse and motion capture, and your other devices — Android, iPhone or a web browser — act as viewers with live view, remote control, device health and video tools.

CorvoCam is free at launch. Optional paid upgrades may be offered later — a one-time unlock for advanced local features and an optional subscription for cloud services — purchased through the app stores. Features that run entirely on your own hardware will not require a subscription.

3. Accounts

A viewer account (email and password) is required for pairing cameras, remote access and cloud sync. Camera-only local capture can be used without an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time inside the app (Account → Delete account) or by emailing support@nestcalc.ai. See the Privacy policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including unlawful surveillance or recording

• Record people or places where you lack the legal right to do so (audio recording in particular is heavily regulated in many places)

• Attempt to access systems, cameras or data not intended for you

• Reverse engineer, decompile or scrape the Service

• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that disrupts its operation

• Resell the Service itself as your own product

5. Intellectual property — and your footage

The Service — including all code, design, branding and documentation — is the exclusive property of NestCalc.ai LLC.

Your footage is yours. Frames and videos captured by your camera devices belong to you; we claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, transmit and process them for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, syncing frames to your private cloud gallery). We never sell your footage or use it for advertising.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

CorvoCam is not a certified security, alarm or life-safety system, is not monitored, and must not be relied on as your sole protection for life or property. Unattended capture depends on your device hardware, power, storage and network — continuous or uninterrupted capture is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NESTCALC.AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST FOOTAGE, MISSED EVENTS, PROPERTY LOSS, OR ANY DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law if lower.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NestCalc.ai LLC, its members, employees, contractors and affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your deployment of cameras, your recordings, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, and may block access from any user who violates these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Footage stored locally on your devices remains yours and remains on your devices regardless of the status of the Service or your account.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
