How do I set up a camera?
Install CorvoCam on a spare Android phone, choose the Camera role at first launch, and plug the phone in. Then install CorvoCam on your everyday phone (or open the web viewer), sign in, and scan the QR code the camera shows. From then on you watch and control it remotely.
Why did my capture stop?
Check the camera’s health card in your viewer: the usual causes are a dead battery, full storage with “stop when full” selected, or the schedule simply being outside working hours. CorvoCam sends push alerts for low battery, low storage and unexpected stops, and resumes jobs automatically after crashes and reboots.
Does capture work with the screen off?
On supported Android phones, yes — a foreground camera service keeps capturing with the screen off. On other phones the screen stays awake behind a true-black dimmer. The How-it-works page explains both modes.
How do I get my finished video?
Compile it from any viewer (or on the camera itself): the video is built on the camera phone where the frames live, saves there by default, and can be exported to your library or optionally backed up to the cloud.
How do I delete my data?
Local data: Account → Delete all my data on the device. Cloud data and your account: Account → Delete account (tap twice to confirm) — it permanently removes frames, cameras, settings, alert history and push tokens. You can also email support@nestcalc.ai to request deletion.
What data do you collect?
Only what the service needs: your account email, the frames you choose to sync, device health, capture settings and push tokens — all private to your account. No ads, no data sales, live streams never recorded. The Privacy policy has the full table.
